Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy for items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed sanitary packaging. For hygiene reasons, once the protective seal is broken or the item has been tried on, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
